Material elevator

      Material elevator safety regulations:

      1. The elevator shall be maintained and managed by designated personnel, and the key of power switch box shall be managed by designated personnel.

      2. The hoist must be equipped with a winch limiter and a travel limiter. The limiter shall enable the pulley to stop automatically when it is lifted to a distance of 300 mm from the drum or pulley. The action is sensitive and reliable, and the trial hoisting is carried out.

      3. The hoist shall be marked with maximum load, and the weight shall not be overloaded during lifting and landing.

      4. After power transmission, check safety devices such as winch limiter, travel limiter, interlock switch, etc

      5. Before lifting and landing, the vehicle can be started only after the alarm is sounded.

      6. The hoist shall never be allowed to carry people up and down.

      7. After the completion of the work, the lifting plate of the hoist shall be on the ground, then the power supply shall be cut off and the upper and lower guardrail doors shall be closed.

      Precautions for material elevator:

      1. Start up with no load, so discharge all materials in the hopper before each shutdown, and then stop.

      2. It is not allowed to reverse, which may lead to chain derailment, so it is very troublesome to remove the derailment fault.

      3. Feed evenly, do not increase the feed quantity suddenly. The feeding quantity shall not exceed the conveying capacity of the elevator. Otherwise, it is easy to cause serious accumulation of materials at the bottom of the car.

      4. Replenish lubricating oil in time.

      5. The chain and hopper shall be replaced in time when they are seriously worn or damaged.
